The Norman is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff are extraordinary, going above and beyond for everything we needed. In a challenging time, they were calm, supportive and in control on all aspects. They made sure we were safe while still enjoying our holiday, and assisting us when we needed to leave.

Definitely the location is amazing and the pool is quiet and restful. The service is excellent at the restaurant, bar and pool.

Extremely well trained staff, excellent housekeeping, beautiful architecture and decor with respect for the building’s history. Dining on their beautiful patio is not to be missed.

The hotel was fantastic. I definitely recommend it. From the first moment I felt brilliant. The staff is very helpful. Delicious breakfasts, brilliant area with a swimming pool on the roof. The decor, the atmosphere - I liked everything.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Bathtub. The hotel is lovely, quiet and feels like a getaway from the city, which is right there. The location is next to Rothschild Avenue, which is close to many dining options and a walk from main shopping areas.

Both the design and decor of the room and the hotel were very good - sophisticated and modern, in keeping with its ambitious city-sleeker image. But best of all was the extraordinary staff…. Totally amazing, warm, welcoming and service-driven.
